The Place

This is my workplace, the place that inspired my painting. This beautiful and peaceful island is my therapy. Where I started dreaming, where I learnt to embrace difficulties and trials in life. It is an island of endless beauty, captivating evenings and glimmering light. Our nightmares can be as dark as midnight. Darkness represents challenges in life, but through darkness there can be light. Light represents hope. In times of worry and stress, I take a moment to acknowledge the beauty of this place, to feel the breeze and listen to the sound of the sea. To calm my mind, to find relief in the chaos, and be inspired to carry on. Through this journey in art I have learnt to overcome challenges. The magic is believing in yourself. If you can make that happen, you can make anything happen. Hold the vision and trust the process. The darkest night will end and the sun will rise again. Embrace life’s transitions.
