Empowering Goals and Dreams (Sep. 15, 2024)
Who says goal setting and envisioning our future can’t be creative? Yesterday, our participants engaged in our Tree of Life activity to check in where we came from, where we are now, and where we want to be in the future. It was a truly empowering moment because we see a snapshot of our roots and how they cultivated our skills and values to help us reach our dreams. We also recognize the influential people are in our lives and what legacy we want to leave behind. Most of all, doing this activity together helped encourage our participants to support one another as we go through this journey.

Art Therapy for Stress Management (Sep. 22, 2024)
On September 22, Inna from MDW Recharge Hub was invited at the Philippine Consulate MWO-OWWA to deliver Art as Therapy for Stress Management. The participants danced, drew, and wrote about their relaxing spaces and found inner resources to continue to stay strong and resilient despite the challenges of being migrant workers.

Napakasaya naming sumali sa Mission For Migrant Workers’ Give Care to our Caregivers service fair para sa mga migrant domestic workers noong May 26!π Nagsagawa kami ng well-being checks para sa mga bumisita sa aming booth para malaman nila kung kamusta ang kanilang mood recently. Binigyan namin sila ng ligtas at non-judgmental na lugar para maglabas ng nararamdaman at kamustahin sila. Mental Health at Self-Care Talk sa Indonesian Consulate (May 14, 2024)
Noong May 14, nagkaroon kami ng pagkakataong magbahagi tungkol sa mental wellness para sa mga bagong dating na Indonesian domestic workers sa KJRI HK o Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia HK. Mga 150 na kalahok ang natuto tungkol sa mental health at mga nakakatulong na tips para ma-manage ang stress. Nagpapasalamat kami sa pagkakataong ito at sana magpatuloy pa ang pagsali ng mga Indonesian na kalahok sa aming mga activity at serbisyo.

Ang training programme na ito ay suportado ng Mental Health Initiatives Funding Scheme Phase 2 by Health Bureau HKSAR.
