Ink Painting for Relaxation (Feb. 18, 2024)
On Sunday, we had a great time doing ink painting for relaxation! 🖌 Painting can be a way to relax and play as we express our imagination and feelings 💖 We learned there is no right or wrong way to express but we all have our own unique way 😁 Special thanks to Joy, our facilitator and to Mental Health Initiatives Funding Scheme Phase 2 for the activity!
