About the artwork: As for me, my journey towards well-being is a continuous process. I've faced challenges like dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, feeling broken, a prisoner of one's own problems and being alone especially when things don't go as planned. There's a lot of ways and keys to overcome these challenges in life. Give yourself peace of mind, keep learning things, practice connecting with others and be active in things that you wanna do. It brings you freedom from sorrow and pain.
