Arts for Wellness Workshops
Arts for Wellness workshops utilize therapeutic art activities, such as music listening, dancing, drawing, and writing in a group, to help MDWs to express their feelings, relieve their stress, and build supportive relations. The workshops are fun, interactive, and inspiring, and always well received by MDWs. We organize train-the-trainer workshops for peer leaders to learn how to facilitate Arts for Wellness workshops, led by a certified Expressive Arts therapist. After completing the training, the trained peer leaders can initiate their own Arts for Wellness workshops with CUHK team’s support and supervision.
