The latest changes of this page were made on 27 June 2023. To what does this privacy policy apply? This privacy policy applies to all products and services that MDW Recharge Hub offers, including but not limited to MDW Recharge Line, and relates to the processing of the personal data of anybody who contacts us in any capacity. This could include (potential) users of our services, visitors to the website, and all other people who contact us or whose personal data we process. What personal data do we process? By continuing to use MDW Recharge Hub website, you consent to the collection and use of anonymous data, such as your IP address, device information, and browsing behavior, by Google Analytics in accordance with this policy. If you do not wish for your data to be collected by Google Analytics, you may opt-out by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which is available for most web browsers. When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or online registration, you may provide personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, information about your personal situation and health, results of your health check, and any other personal data that you share with us. For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data? The purposes to record your personal information include coordinating activities, providing proper services that can address your personal needs, evaluate our service quality and effectiveness, and research how to better promote MDWs’ mental health. We process the above data with the goal of executing the service agreement between you and MDW Recharge Hub. By this, we are referring to the agreement under which the team offers its services to you. This service agreement comes into effect when you submit an enquiry or registration, request help, or make an appointment with us via email, online form, online chat, telephone or video call and you agree to our terms and conditions. The basis for processing personal data this way is that the processing is necessary in order to carry out the service agreement between you and the team. Should exceptional personal data be involved, for example, health data, then this will only be processed if you have given your explicit consent. In addition, we might also process your contact data for the purpose of keeping in touch with you and providing you with information to which you have given your consent. The basis for processing this personal data is that we have obtained your consent to process your personal data. You can opt-out at any time. Furthermore, we process the data from our coaching sessions regarding MDW Recharge Line in order to conduct research into the effectiveness of our coaching, so that we can improve our coaching, and also create project reports and deliverables. We will pseudonymise or, if possible, anonymise this data. Should this involve processing health data, this will only be processed if you have given your explicit consent. We also use Google Analytics to retain user statistics from our website, such as the number of visitors, the length of visits, which parts of the website have been viewed and how clicks are generated. These are always generic reports that are not traceable to individual visitors. Should this involve processing personal data, then we have a legitimate interest here. This is because it allows us to optimise our website and increase our usability. How do we collect your personal data? At MDW Recharge Hub, including but not limited to MDW Recharge Line, we process personal data that comes to us through a variety of channels. How do we protect your personal data? We take many measures to protect your personal data, both on a technical and organisational level. We are ever vigilant about this to ensure that your data is processed in a careful manner. We do this by: · Taking appropriate measures so that your personal data is safe, given the possible risks. For example, all the data collected by us are to be stored in encrypted digital devices or cloud server, and only be accessed by our project team members. We have an external audit carried out annually to assess if our measures comply with the latest information security standards. · Making sure that the one who can view your personal data are obligated to maintain confidentiality. It is good to note that all our coaches are held to strict standards of professional secrecy. In addition, they are also contractually bound to confidentiality. · Anonymising or pseudonymising your personal data, where possible, to ensure your privacy in the event of possible breaches. How long will your data be stored? We like keeping in touch with you, but we will never store your personal data for longer than necessary. For this purpose, we observe the following retention periods: · Data about your personal situation and health We store the raw data for five years after you stop using our services or our project completes, whichever is earlier. However, you have rights to request us to delete your personal data from our archives anytime. · Visitors to the website The anonymous data provided by Google Analytics are stored for five years after the our project completes.
