Arts for Wellness

Our Arts for Wellness program utilizes therapeutic art activities, such as music listening, dancing, drawing, and writing in a group, to help participants to express their feelings, relieve their stress, and build supportive relations. The workshops are fun, interactive, and inspiring, and always well received by MDWs. 

Our Arts for Wellness program utilizes therapeutic art activities, such as music listening, dancing, drawing, and writing in a group, to help participants to express their feelings, relieve their stress, and build supportive relations. The workshops are fun, interactive, and inspiring, and always well received by MDWs. 

While this course primarily focuses on face-to-face interactions and activities, we also provide online content that imparts essential knowledge for individuals to follow along with from the comfort of their screens. These online resources ensure that even in virtual settings, participants can learn about the benefits of arts for our well-being and how we can develop healthy coping skills to face stress and setbacks.
