Do you want to learn more about your rights, mental health, and how to support your community? Are you ready to embrace a more confident and empowered YOU? This is your chance to learn and grow as a peer supporter! Participants who complete the entire program will graduate with a certificate and will be eligible peer supporters in outreach activities and hotline service. In this FREE training series at Chinese University of Hong Kong, you will learn about your rights as a domestic worker, peer leadership and mental health, creative wellness, how to support your peers, caregiver basics, and digital literacy.
