Empowering Goals and Dreams (Sep. 15, 2024)
Who says goal setting and envisioning our future can’t be creative? Yesterday, our participants engaged in our Tree of Life activity to check in where we came from, where we are now, and where we want to be in the future. It was a truly empowering moment because we see a snapshot of our roots and how they cultivated our skills and values to help us reach our dreams. We also recognize the influential people are in our lives and what legacy we want to leave behind. Most of all, doing this activity together helped encourage our participants to support one another as we go through this journey.

Art Therapy for Stress Management (Sep. 22, 2024)
On September 22, Inna from MDW Recharge Hub was invited at the Philippine Consulate MWO-OWWA to deliver Art as Therapy for Stress Management. The participants danced, drew, and wrote about their relaxing spaces and found inner resources to continue to stay strong and resilient despite the challenges of being migrant workers.

Give Care to Caregivers Service Fair (May 26, 2024)
We had a great time at Mission For Migrant Workers’ Give Care to our Caregivers service fair for migrant domestic workers on May 26!š We offered well-being checks for our booth visitors to know more about their recent mood. They were also given a safe and non-judgmental space to share and open up on how they have been doing. Mental Health and Self-Care Talk at Indonesian Consulate (May 14, 2024)
On May 14, we had the chance to share about mental wellness to newly arrived Indonesian domestic workers at KJRI HK or Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia HK. Around 150 participants learned more about mental health and helpful tips to manage stress. We are grateful for this opportunity and hope to continue to engage more Indonesian members in our activities and services!

Dream Catcher Training 4th Round Graduation Ceremony (May 12, 2024)
On May 12, we held our graduation ceremony for our 4th round of Dream Catcher Training Programme šš We are so proud of all our graduates who have completed learning about Peer Leadership, Rights of Domestic Workers, Arts for Wellness, Mental Health & Self-Care, Caregiving, and Digital Literacy!
