To what does this privacy policy apply?

This privacy policy applies to all products and services that MDW Recharge Hub offers and relates to the processing of the personal data of anybody who contacts us in any capacity.

This could include (potential) users of our services, visitors to the website, and all other people who contact us or whose personal data we process.

What personal data do we process?

At the MDW Recharge Hub and MDW Recharge Line, we process a variety of personal data for a variety of purposes.

We might process the following data about you:

  • Telephone number
  • Address and place of residence
  • Information about your personal situation and health, including your query
  • The results of your health check
  • Any other personal data that you share with us
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?

We process the above data with the goal of executing the service agreement between you and MDW Recharge Hub. By this, we are referring to the agreement under which the team offers its services to you. This service agreement comes into effect when you submit an enquiry or make an appointment with us via online chat, telephone or video call and you agree to our terms and conditions.

The basis for processing personal data this way is that the processing is necessary in order to carry out the service agreement between you and the team. Should exceptional personal data be involved, for example, health data, then this will only be processed if you have given your explicit consent.

In addition, we might also process your contact data for the purpose of keeping in touch with you and providing you with information to which you have given your consent. The basis for processing this personal data is that we have obtained your consent to process your personal data. You can opt-out at any time.

Furthermore, we process the data from our coaching sessions and the outcomes of this in order to conduct research into the effectiveness of our coaching, so that we can improve our coaching, and also create reports. We will pseudonymise or, if possible, anonymise this data. Should this involve processing health data, this will only be processed if you have given your explicit consent.

We also retain user statistics from our website, such as the number of visitors, the length of visits, which parts of the website have been viewed and how clicks are generated. These are always generic reports that are not traceable to individual visitors. Should this involve processing personal data, then we have a legitimate interest here. This is because it allows us to optimise our website and increase our usability.

How do we collect your personal data?

At MDW Recharge Line, we process personal data that comes to us through a variety of channels. This might be when:

  • You personally – during a consultation, event or telephone call – share your personal data with us, for example, your contact data, information about your health or other personal data.
  • You digitally – during an online consultation or through an email, online chat or forms on the website – share data with us, such as your contact data, information about your health or other personal data.
  • With your consent, we request information or share information with other care providers or referrers.
How do we protect your personal data?
  • We take many measures to protect your personal data, both on a technical and organisational level. We are ever vigilant about this to ensure that your data is processed in a careful manner. We do this by:
  • Taking appropriate measures so that your personal data is safe, given the possible risks. For example, we have an external audit carried out annually to assess if our measures comply with the latest information security standards.
  • Making sure that the one who can view your personal data are obligated to maintain confidentiality. It is good to note that all our coaches are held to strict standards of professional secrecy. In addition, they are also contractually bound to confidentiality.
  • Anonymising or pseudonymising your personal data, where possible, to ensure your privacy in the event of possible breaches.
How long will your data be stored?

We like getting to know you, but we will never store your personal data for longer than necessary. For this purpose, we observe the following retention periods:

  • Data about your personal situation and health We store this for three years after you stop using the services.
  • Visitors to the website These are stored for two years after the last visit to the website, unless an objection is made earlier. In this case, we will proceed to delete this data.
