We had a great time at Mission For Migrant Workers’ Give Care to our Caregivers service fair for migrant domestic workers on May 26! We offered well-being checks for our booth visitors to know more about their recent mood. They were also given a safe and non-judgmental space to share and open up on how they have been doing.

On May 14, we had the chance to share about mental wellness to newly arrived Indonesian domestic workers at KJRI HK or Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia HK. Around 150 participants learned more about mental health and helpful tips to manage stress. We are grateful for this opportunity and hope to continue to engage more Indonesian members in our activities and services!

On May 12, we held our graduation ceremony for our 4th round of Dream Catcher Training Programme We are so proud of all our graduates who have completed learning about Peer Leadership, Rights of Domestic Workers, Arts for Wellness, Mental Health & Self-Care, Caregiving, and Digital Literacy!

Yesterday morning, we started our Mothers’ Day celebration with our DIY flower crafts making workshop with Gigi Craft! Everyone made roses and cherry blossoms. Although we are far away from our families, we have our supportive friends to celebrate with us!

Thanks to all the trainers also from Kasambuhay Hong Kong Foundation who assisted yesterday! Everyone enjoyed and learned a lot!
