Carol is the Deputy CEO of Mind HK. She has been at Mind HK since 2017, leading the organization's communications strategy, campaigns, digital content, and external relations. Carol has experience in health promotion, mental health counselling, and the development of public health programmes. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Medical Humanities from Boston College, a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, and a Master of Counselling from Monash University. She is a mental health counsellor, primarily working with adolescents. Carol is also a member of the Laureus Model City Hong Kong Steering Committee, a mentor for Resolve’s 2022-2023 Fellowship, and a member of the Global Shapers Hong Kong hub. She is passionate about public health, storytelling, and changing attitudes toward mental health.

Christine is a Hong Kong-raised Filipino writer, researcher, and filmmaker. At the heart of her interdisciplinary research and praxis lies a broader interest in the relationship between memory, migration, and "post"/anti-/decoloniality in the context of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, specifically the Philippines. Her writing has been published in Kritika Kultura, Voice & Verse, Spill Stories, and Verge: Studies in Global Asias.

Jeffry Oktavianus is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre of Communication Research, City University of Hong Kong (CityU). He holds a doctoral degree in Media and Communication from CityU. He also has vast experience working as a journalist and an account executive at a media group in Indonesia.

Myles is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of HelpBridge, a mobile information-sharing app platform for migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong. Replete with information on legal rights, financial literacy, local know-how, and physical and mental health, the platform offers a digital community for migrant domestic workers to empower one another.

Nathalia is an educational-developmental psychologist and a certified practicing counsellor (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia). She has experience working with individuals and groups of children and adults struggling with a range of difficulties, including low mood, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement and loss, relationship problems, and PTSD.
